Compensation is not paid for travel expenses to the venue (including cancellation fees for accommodation or transport) if a performance is cancelled. Information on refunds in case of cancellations will be announced at the same time as the cancellation. Audiences using a wheelchair should please contact the F/T Ticket Center (Tel: 03-5961-5209) in advance to arrange assistance at the venue. No cloakroom facilities are available at the venue.
