*Changes and cancellations of reservations are not allowed.
*The box office opens 1 hour prior to the start of the performance.
*The time of doors opening varies according to the performance.
*You may not be able to sit at your designated seat if you arrive late for a performance with reserved seating.
*Performances with unreserved seating tickets are sold on a first-come, first-sold basis. Numbers are assigned at the time of reservation indicating the order you can enter the auditorium to choose your seat.
*Children under school age are not accepted into theatres (except (From Kenji Miyazawa/Yumenoshima)).
*Prices are including tax.

F/T Tickets (Single tickets/Pair tickets/Student discounts)

1. Please choose your preferred performance date and time, and ticket type (single, pair, student).
2. Please pay by credit/debit card via PayPal. (PayPal account registration required.)
3. An automatic receipt of payment email will be sent by PayPal.
4. Within 1 week a ticket reservation confirmation email will be sent by the F/T Ticket Center.
5. Please print out this ticket reservation confirmation email from the F/T Ticket Center, and hand it in to the ticket reception desk before the performance to receive your tickets.

Q&A

Q. Is purchasing tickets in English only available online?
A. Yes. Telephone reservations and mobile website services are only available in Japanese.

Q. As I cannot make a payment by credit card I would like to reserve tickets to be bought at the door on the day of the performance. Is this possible?
A. Unfortunately we cannot accept reservations for tickets purchased at the door. Please make a reservation using the Japanese site, or purchase a day ticket. Day tickets are sold on the door 1 hour before the start of performances at day ticket prices.

Q. I am suddenly unable to attend the performance and would like to cancel my ticket. Can I get a refund?
A. Unfortunately, no matter what the circumstances, we are unable to refund tickets already purchased.

Q. I would like to change my plans. Can I make changes to my reservation?
A. Unfortunately, not matter what the circumstances, alterations or changes are not possible for tickets already purchased.

Q. I would like to share a F/T Package tickets with a friend. Is this possible?
A. No. F/T Package Tickets cannot only be used by 1 person.

Q. I would like to watch the same production multiple times using a F/T Package tickets . Is this possible?
A. No, due to restricted performance and seat numbers it is only permitted to use a F/T Package tickets 1 time (1 performance) per production.

Q. Where can I pick up my ticket?
A. Please collect it from the box office reception on the day of the performance. Please print out the confirmation email you received from the F/T Ticket Center and show it as proof of purchase.

Q. Should I take anything when I go to one of the outdoor performances?
