F/T Station & F/T Project

Festival/Tokyo offers deeper and wider theatre experiences through its satellite programs, including the F/T Symposium, a series of talks thinking about the relationship between society and the F/T12 programs, as well as the F/T Theatrotheque, re-examining the role of the arts and theatre history through film screenings. Further, the Festival centre, F/T Station, returns this year to Ikebukuro, being installed inside the newly re-opened Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space, featuring an information booth, a cafe and an archive of resources that visitors can browse. These facilities and programs will open up richer encounters between audiences and the Festival's performances.
