Pijin Neji "the acting <br/>motivation" | FESTIVAL/TOKYO Performing Arts Festival launching from Tokyo

Pijin Neji is a choreographer with Butoh roots and
producing experimental dance works. His piece
"syzygy" received the Yokohama Dance Collection
EX2011 Jury Award. This performance "the acting
motivation" is a self-documentary based on Neji's own
experience with part-time work. It was staged as a
fringe project at last year's Kyoto International Perfor-
ming Arts Festival and now he re-forming it with a new cast. It considers a world where 3 people live
through the things they share and cannot share to-
gether, and by searching their differing realities.
